American Born Chinese – Cancelled after 1 season

Unfortunately, Disney+ revealed that American-born Chinese will not return to the streaming service. The show featured Oscar winners Huy Quan And Michelle Yeoh.

The series premiered in May 2023 and the cast’s options for a second season expired yesterday, Deadline reports. The show could still be offered elsewhere.

Unfortunately, Our flag means death was canceled after just 2 seasons on Max, HBO’s streaming service. You can still watch past seasons on the platform.

Julia – Cancelled after 2 seasons (Max)

Julie was unfortunately canceled after two seasons on the HBO streamer Max.

A spokesperson for HBO said: “We are very honored to partner with Chris Keyser, Daniel Goldfarb and its masterful creative team and dynamic cast, led by Sarah Lancashireas they prepared Julia. Thanks to their wonderful work across two seasons of this heartfelt, sensual and inspiring show, we can forever celebrate Julia Child’s incredible legacy.”
