Chad Daybell’s house is for sale years after Tylee Ryan was discovered, JJ Vallow stays

Chad Daybell’s Idaho home is for sale, four years after the human remains of Tylee Ryan and “JJ” Vallow were found on the property.

The home, located at 202 North 1900 East in Rexburg, Idaho, was listed on for $350,000 on Tuesday, June 25.

Daybell – who was sentenced to death for the murder of his current wife’s two children, Tylee and JJ, and his ex-wife Tammy – bought the house in 2015, according to public records.

He was arrested on June 9, 2020, after a court-ordered search warrant was executed for his Rexburd property, which led to the discovery of human remains.

Two days later, family members of the children confirmed that the remains found were those of Tylee and JJ.

On June 16, 2020, Daybell pleaded not guilty to charges of destroying and altering or concealing evidence.

Court documents say he destroyed the remains to prevent them from being discovered as evidence in criminal proceedings.

At the time, Lori Vallow – Daybell’s current wife and mother of Tylee and JJ – had been behind bars since February 2020 for the children’s disappearance.

Daybell was sentenced to death on June 1, 2024, after he and Vallow were charged with multiple counts of murder, conspiracy and grand larceny in connection with the deaths of 16-year-old Tylee, 7-year-old JJ and Tammy Daybell.
